Conditions of Sale: The winning bidder shall be obligated to tender $50,000 in earnest money within five (5) business days of notification of bid award, to be credited toward the purchase price at closing, together with a properly completed IRS W-9 tax form. Said earnest money shall be made payable to Milton City Council in cashier's check or money order. If for any reason, other than the City's inability to convey marketable title, the closing is not consummated, the City shall retain the earnest money. No Bids under $5.159 million dollars will be considered. It is the bidder's responsibility to review the City Website for all potential updates and Addenda. Copies of the bid specifications are also available for pick up from 9:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
