LOVE LETTER TO OUR LAKEHOUSE We have loved our lakehouse. It's been more than just a home - it's been our haven, gathering place, our slice of paradise on Lake Sinclair. This 5 bedroom, 4 bath retreat has 3761 square feet of comfort and charm, plus a screen porch for morning coffee, a grilling porch for summer cookouts , covered porches for quiet moments, and a sunning patio for soaking in the lake views. Whether it was a peaceful morning watching the water or an evening full of laughter with friends and family, this home has held it all beautifully. Located on Lake Sinclair, it is a great permanent home or also a second home for anyone wanting to create lasting memories with their loved ones. One of our favorite spaces is the huge master suite, with its vaulted ceiling, oversized bath and a master closet that surprises everyone on how big it is. That still leaves on the main floor a cozy bunk room and two more bedrooms of which one has its own bath and opens onto a screen porch where we've enjoyed so many quiet morning just sitting and chatting. Downstairs is a large mother-in-law suite for using for extended stays and visiting family. Also downstairs there are two extra rooms that we presently use as a sixth bedroom and a pool room that has been the scene of so many fun-filled evenings. There is room here for everyone - literally. We have parking for at least ten cars, a double stall boathouse, large closets and storage throughout, a centrally located laundry room, and even our own well. There also is an additional building on the property which is unfinished on the inside. All this while being able to live on the lake in your own little piece of paradise.
